What is Cage Fitness?

This work out program is designed to cater to people at all levels of fitness. Cage Fitness is based on the sturcuture of a championship MMA bout. What this means is that you will get a total body workout in just 5-5 minute rounds. There are four key elements that are focused on: endurance, strength, power, and core.

The best part about this program is that is can be customized to fit each individual. In every round both aerobic and anaerobic excercies are incorporated to maximize burning while also gaining muscle. This system of training alows the participant to burn more calories while increasing ones metabolism.

Our Cage Fitness classes are Monday and Wednesday at 6:30 PM.
